Important Dates

October 30, 2018: Abstract submission open
December 10, 2018: Early bird abstract submission deadline. Submit before this time to guarantee a decision on acceptance before the early bird registration deadline.
December 20, 2018: Early bird registration deadline.
January 2, 2019: Abstract submission deadline. Late abstracts will be considered if there is space.
January 9, 2019: Registration deadline; housing not guaranteed after this date
